Terms of Service

Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you") and cammi ("we," "us") governing your access to and use of the cammi platform, including our website, application, and all connected features (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using cammi on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on that organization's behalf, and "Customer" refers to that organization.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use cammi. You may register with an email and password or via a supported single-sign-on option.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The Service

cammi helps Customers plan, generate, and publish marketing content and analyze marketing performance. Depending on your plan, this may include: AI-assisted business analysis and document generation (ideal-customer profiles, brand strategy, market research, and similar documents); an AI chat assistant; AI-generated images; blog, one-pager, and landing-page generation; social-media post drafting, scheduling, and publishing; email-campaign creation and sending; and analytics and reporting pulled from platforms you connect.

Some features consume credits, deducted according to the pricing published in-app. Credits are held when a job starts and settled — spent or refunded — when it completes or fails. A failed generation does not permanently consume your credits.

Connecting third-party accounts

Certain features require you to connect a third-party account (such as Google, HubSpot, Meta / Facebook / Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WordPress, Fathom, or a supported email service provider) via OAuth or an API key.

By connecting an account, you represent that you have the right to grant cammi the access you are authorizing, and you agree to comply with that third party's own terms of service and platform policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of any connected third-party service, and your access to a connected feature may break or change if that third party changes their API or terms. You can disconnect any account at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use cammi to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email, or otherwise violate the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or any other applicable anti-spam or data-protection law when using the email-marketing feature. You are solely responsible for having a lawful basis to email everyone on any list you upload or connect, for honoring unsubscribe and opt-out requests, and for the content of every campaign you send.
• Generate, publish, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, or that violates a third party's rights.
• Attempt to access another Customer's account or data, reverse-engineer the Service, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Use the Service to build a competing product, or to abuse metered features — for example, circumventing credit limits.
• Upload malicious files or content designed to compromise the Service or any connected third-party account.

AI-generated content — no warranty of accuracy

Certain cammi features (document generation, chat, image generation, content drafting) rely on third-party AI service providers. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes.

You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing any AI-generated content before you rely on it, publish it, or send it to others — including generated business and market analysis, email campaigns, and social posts. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated output.

Your content and our license to it

You retain ownership of the content you upload to cammi (documents, business information, contact lists) and the content cammi generates for you.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service to you — including sending it to the third-party service providers and connected platforms described in our Privacy Policy, as directed by your use of the product. We claim no ownership over your content.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload and process any content and contact data you provide to cammi.

Fees, credits, and billing

Pricing, the billing cycle, refund terms, the treatment of unused credits on cancellation, and the payment processor we use are described on the pricing page and confirmed at checkout.

Intellectual property

The Service itself — its software, design, and underlying technology — is owned by cammi and protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features except as needed to use the Service normally.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONNECTED THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATION WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, cammi AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM AI-GENERATED CONTENT, EMAIL CAMPAIGNS YOU SEND, OR A CONNECTED THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM'S ACTIONS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold cammi harmless from any claim arising from: your content; your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section; your violation of a connected third party's terms; or your violation of applicable law in any campaign, post, or content you send or publish through the Service.

Termination

You may stop using cammi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or on reasonable notice for any other reason.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections 6, 7 (as to the license already granted), 10, 11, 12, and 15 survive termination.

Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. For material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice (such as an email or in-app message) before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which cammi is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under local law.
